Boxing Body I

Boxing Body is a knockout workout incorporating cross training techniques for aerobic and anaerobic conditioning. The workout incorporates the fundamentals of a boxer's/kickboxer's training program which includes shadow boxing, jumping rope and more. This never ending challenge of a workout is so easy to follow, you'll be punching, ducking and weaving in no time!!!!

Get ready for the ring.... Take Boxing Body to the next level! Geared to the Participant who has had some prior basic boxing/kickboxing technique training. This workshop will bring you to the next level with multiple punching and kicking combinations. Learn how to combine advanced footwork and advanced defensive movement for a workout that will enhance your fitness level and coordination skills. Before you know it you'll be punching, kicking, ducking, and weaving like a pro!!!!

Box, Step, N' Strut ™

Get fit without getting hit with a choreography style that will have you punching and ducking like a pro! It's a aerobic shadow boxing and kick boxing like you've never seen before! Then Step and Sizzle with Style with hot new choreography! Top it off by strutting your stuff with Do-Able Jazz Funk! It's a knockout workout not to be missed and cardio cross training at it's best!

Box and Sculpt

Get lean and mean boxer's style with a cutting edge workout that guarantees results!!! This athletic class will alternate rounds of punching and kicking drills with bouts of muscle conditioning utilizing light weights, body bar, tubing and focused body resistant techniques to shape you up to the max!!!

Jump, Jab, and Abs

Discover jumping rope for aerobic and anaerobic cardio conditioning and step into the ring for shadow boxing for intensity plus in this cross training workout practiced by today's top athletes of the boxing and kickboxing world!!!. This challenging workout is complete with dynamic ab work for the serious only!!!


 

Boxing Body Circuit Challenge

Circuit training fighter's style will challenge all fitness levels utilizing a variety in training to improve muscle strength, muscle endurance, cardio conditioning and flexibility. Learn to shadow box cardio style and practice hitting focus mitts, double end bag, speed bag, and the heavy bag. Experience Slip drills, plyo drills and much more. Train like a pro... to look like a pro!!
